Bite-Sized Summer Series- Hammock (Sling) Transitions

Annika & Olivia Egerstedt are BACK and excited to share the hammock moves they have learned during their time in San Diego and Las Vegas. There are two classes in the series (June 17 and June 24, and each class runs 90 minutes (3:30pm- 5:00pm). Open to any student ages 14 and over that has taken sling classes for at least one year, can maintain engagement on a hammock for two minutes or more, and is comfortable conducting repeated pullovers and inversions.
