SERIES OF CLASSES

The lyra is a playground of possibility and movement…it swings and spins and circles while you move from pose to pose in, on, under and above it. Lyra Level 1 continues the lyra journey for students coming from Lyra Level 0.5 (Beginner). In this class, students will continue to learn options to mount their hoops, and shapes, balances and spins as they begin to choreograph short (one minute) sequences on their hoop. The lyra is a playground of possibility and movement…it swings and spins and circles while you move from pose to pose in, on, under and above it. 

Students new to lyra and aerial should begin their lyra journey with Lyra Level 0.5 (Beginner) classes.
