Intro to Aerial, a 4-week class for adults, is a series that helps students develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning the basic techniques and terminology for exploring aerial silks (fabrics). This class is packed with moves and is designed to prepare you to continue your aerial silks journey. Class will focus on building strength, cross-training, and clean technique. Suitable for any fitness level, this class provides a broad foundation in the aerial arts.
Please come to class with a water bottle, and wear leggings or pants that cover the back of your knees, and a shirt that is fitted or can be tucked into a waistband. No zipper, sequins, or embelishments. Jewelry must be removed before starting class.
