Who doesn't want to learn to walk upside down? This 60-minute class is for students grades 4 and up who are looking to learn and master the basic fundamentals of balancing on their hands. During this 8-week session, students will learn how to find their correct alignment, balance and control while in a handstand while building stamina. With instructor spotting, students will explore different handstand positions and movements. Conditioning drills will help students develop the muscle control they need to stay balanced upside down.
