Age Defying Aerialists (Silver Sirens)- An intro series for persons age 50+

SERIES OF CLASSES

This 6-week series is designed for persons who feel age is just a number and are interested in learning aerial silks alongside other students who have decades of rich life experiences under their belt (and maybe we've had to expand our belts to accommodate all those rich life experiences).

Students will learn foundational silks moves (basic climbs, wraps, and inversions) and will progress over time to more complex moves and simple choreography. Classes will always include stretches and conditioning exercises.  Bring a water bottle and a sense of humor to class. Taught by a rather Rubenesque fellow silver siren to keep things real. All bodies and genders are embraced in this class.  Don't worry if you aren't flexy/bendy- the instructor isn't either.
