Middle splits! For so many, this is the elusive split, but it is achievable. In this 4-week series, students will work to lengthen the inner thigh muscles (adductors) and to strengthen the opposition muscles (glutes, quads and hip rotators). Students will learn exercises that both increase flexibility and stregthen the muscles. 

NOTE- this is a series. Makeup classes may not be available if you miss a class.
