Adding a spin to trapeze moves, combination or routine can make even the most simple shapes look stunning! It adds a certain flair and creates dynamic movement. But spinning can be hard to handle for any aerialist. In this 4-class series, aerialist will learn techniques to better control the speed and intensity of their spin, as well as techniques to recover from the spin. Students should have basic dance trapeze skills to participate.
