High Trapeze Dynamics (Level 2+ aerialists)

You'll be soaring to new heights in this class. Literally- our trapeze hangs 8 feet off the floor. In this class.  In these classes, we will spotlight and break down fundamental moves and incorporate the new skills into a sequence to allow students to gain strength, endurance and comfort with transitions on the bar. As always, students are free to add some artistry and personality to their moves. 

Due to the starting height of the apparatus, this class is designed for Level 2 or higher students.
