Lyra Level 3
In Lyra Level 3, students will build upon their advanced movements and poses, creating choreography. Students will explore drops and advanced poses on the top of the hoop as well as floor choreography. Students are encouraged to intertwine their existing skills with new flavors to create their own routines and choreography. This is an advanced level class and students must be able to do pull over mounts; pike; be comfortable choreographing on the top of the hoop; invert unassisted; have solid spin tolerance, and pull up into the hoop without using assistance from the instructor or the ground. Students will work on inversions and more advanced moves from the top of the hoop with minimal assistance.
