Youth aerial classes meet weekly. Once you register your child for the first class, we will autoenroll your child in that class for the remainder of the school year. Classes run from Monday, August 10- Friday, May 21.

There are no classes November 22-28 and December 20-January 2.

The student showcase is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 14. Correspondence will go out to families in early 2027 confirming the date. If the student showcase is held at Challenge Aerial, there is no associated performance or costume fee. Performing in the student showcase is always optional (students can take classes throughout the year and choose not to perform.)

Missed classes or late cancellations (less than three hours notice) are non-refundable. However, if the account holder cancels the class reservation within the appropriate timeframe (three hours of more notice), a makeup classes can be scheduled. The makeup class must be completed within 30 days of the missed class, and should be comparable to the one missed. Makeup classes are subject to availability, and cannot be transferred or used as credit for future classes. To schedule a makeup class, email [email protected] with your preferred class date and time. You can also select an open studio in lieu of a regular weekly class as your makeup class. Please note that classes must be cancelled through your studio account (not by emailing the studio).

To discontinue classes (and stop tuition) at Challenge Aerial, a written notice must be sent to [email protected] at least seven (7) days prior to the monthly renewal date. Verbal notice to instructors or staff is not considered valid withdrawal.
