The THREAD technique class is based on the philosophy of Thinking Body/Dancing Mind and Flow Mechanics. THREAD is a combination of contemporary technique and tai chi influences. The class has a full 30-minute warmup, progressions across the floor, followed by a full phrase combination. This class is geared toward stepping into an artistic zone both mentally and physically, working towards infinite flow and artistry. Teaching evolves into coaching in this immersive experience so the student fully embodies their self-vision as an Artistic Athlete.
