Want to use that hard-hitting 80s rock ballad for a piece but have just been afraid to? How about that really weird trip hop song that you can't even count? Do you pick certain songs because they're safe?

Learn tips and tricks for choreographing your next aerial piece by letting the music, WHATEVER music, guide you.  Students (level 1 and up) will work on the apparatus of their choice to engage in a playful and fun workshop that will explore different creative exercises that engage with varying types of music. Find your voice while letting the music tell you what to do. It's not just about counting, but about visualizing a story. We will also try to make use of "non conventional" choreography, like using the floor and using your apparatus in an exploratory manner. Be prepared to have fun!!
