Silks Level 2.5 is designed for students who have mastered the skills in the Level 2 Silks class and feel comfortable with a variety of climbs and multiple inversions in the air. Students should be able to dead hang for 30 seconds and have in the air "pull-ups". In this class, students will work through longer sequences, building endurance as they go. Dynamic moves will be introduced.
