Belly Dancing is a dance style that has roots in the Middle East, North Africa, Greece and Turkey and is practiced, celebrated and performed worldwide. Students will celebrate their own bodies ability to move while learning to shimmy and shake to different dances each week. Our classes celebrate Belly Dance traditions through easy instruction and fun choreographies. Learn new techniques while building muscle memory, flexibility, and core strength. Connect with learners of all levels and meet new friends.
