Sling Choreography- Intermediate (Instructor permission required)

This class will focus on mastering the hammock/sling, building strength, and increasing fluidity and stamina while developing your own personal style on the sling. Students should be able to do straddle ups, be comfortable with skin the cats and meathooks and be able to stay in the air for several minutes.
