Are you looking to try to get to a backbend, improve your backbend or just find more back flexibility? This 4-week class series is designed to guide students towards achieving a backbend/back bridge. In each 60-minute class, students will engage in exercise to increase back flexibility, and increase the strength and range of motion in other body parts that can restrict back flexibilty. Exercises to strengthen glutes, increase shoulder mobility and open the chest are all part of this comprehensive flexibility series. 

NOTE- this is a 4-week series. Makeup classes are not available if you miss a class.
