In this 60-minute splits class, you will work to increase your flexibility through targeted active and passive stretching, mindful breathing, long holds, and fluid movements. Splits are challenging for many people, but the journey toward splits can translate to improved posture, better balance and mobility, and reduced achiness. This class series is designed for all levels of fitness, whether you are just embracing a more active life or you are looking to incorporate stretching to increase your athletic performance.
