Creating your Sequence on Silks

Do you have a lot of moves in your silks vault, but finding ways to put them together a little overwhelming? This is the workshop for you. This workshop, designed for students with at least one year on a vertical apparatus and the ability to cleanly invert and stay in air for at least two minutes, will help students learn to identify common foundations in order to begin sequencing skills together.  Students will leave class with a sequence to practice and polish on their own. Comfortability with small drops preferred.
