Dynamock Hammock

Yes, we spelled dynamic wrong, but we couldn't help ourselves.  This workshop will focus on beats and momentum as tools to transition or as part of new skills. For this workshop students should be somewhat familiar with beats and drops. They should be able to cleanly invert and have stamina to stay in the air for a few minutes.
