Challenge Aerial

Lyra Choreography
with Emma Johnson

May 2 (Thursday)
at 6:45 pm

Class length
60 minutes

Aerial Choreography invites students to become better artists; better creators of their own aerial choreography. The class will focus on smoothing out moves, presentation, transitions, finding resting points, unique moves, and finding your own style. Instructors will use creativity exercises in order for the student to become more confident at creating, whether they come to the class with a bit of choreography they want to improve, or they want to start with a blank slate. Ultimately choreography wants to tell a story to the audience and how you tell your story is what differentiates a true aerial artist vs someone who “just does tricks”.
