This class is designed for students who taken some classes/courses on lyra (hoop) and are ready to learn how to harness their spin. Students will learn will various ways to mount the lyra with spin, and explore movements and shapes that affect the spin and balance of the lyra. You should have some spin tolerance before taking this class.
