Workshop with Olivia- Hammock Sequences

In this class, students will learn a hammock sequence and then put it to music. Students will leave the class with a hammock flow influenced by their own performance style. Students must be at least 15 years old, able to stay on the equipment for at least 3 minutes at a time, and must be able to invert cleanly.
