In this class, we will be working on dynamic moves like beats (including scissor beats) and bounding, and skills including S-wraps, Wheel downs, Two Knee Hangs, Same Side Stand Up, Straddle climb, and cartwheel (aka-bullwhip). Students will also be guided in the process of gaining a better understanding and recognition of the wraps they are in and what makes them safe. Advanced students may work on open drops and increasingly dynamic work. This is hard, super fun work. Muscles activate!
