Rope/Corde Lisse Level 2 (Intermediate)

Please check before you take the level 2 class. Prerequisites-Russian Climb-Straddle Knee Hook-Hip-Lock to Opposite side Lock-Hip--Lock to Same Side Lock.

In this class, we will be working on dynamic moves like beats (including scissor beats) and bounding, and skills including S-wraps, Wheel downs, Two Knee Hangs, Same Side Stand Up, Straddle climb, and cartwheel (aka-bullwhip). Students will also be guided in the process of gaining a better understanding and recognition of the wraps they are in and what makes them safe. This is hard, super fun work.  Muscles activate!
