Note about class levels: We know that y’all understand the importance of developing strength and proper technique. It is critical that children learn skills in a safe and structured class that meets their physical, social and emotional needs. We design our kid classes to create a positive learning environment where children feel they belong, are celebrated for their unique skills and abilities, and are encouraged to shelve self-doubt and recrimination and challenge themselves.

Any skill we teach can be modified to a level appropriate to the individual child. Skills are broken down to the appropriate level to allow each child to learn the skill at their appropriate pace and in the safest order to progress.  Safety is our primary consideration in every class we teach.

Teen/Tween Level 3
For students that have mastered Level 2 and received guidance from an instructor that they should consider a move into a Level 3 class. This level focuses on progressive choreography that
include dynamic movement.  Students should have the endurance to stay in the air for three or more minutes, be able to complete multiple inversions as well as other balances, rolls, hangs, beats and drops. All of these skills are used to explore more complex skills, transitions and sequences as well as dynamic work.
