Ready to rise up from the ground, but not go too high? This class is for you.
As a Beginner Sling/Hammock aerialist, this class will help you to develop your 'aerial muscles', and to understand the relationship between your body and the fabric. We will through basic hangs, skills, poses and drops, and will focus on developing your upper body, lower body, core and grib strength. Students will also begin stringing moves together to create simple choreographed pieces. This class is an adult level class.
